Thank you for choosing Rebel House! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you're not, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please take a look at our return policy below.

Returns:
You have up to seven (7) days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that returns for store credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Process:
To start a return, kindly send an email to our customer service team at hello@shoprebelhouse.com with your request. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and ship it back to the address provided along with the RMA number.

Please remember, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item's condition, we will process your return or exchange within seven (7) days. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions:
Please note that customized / made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us using the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Notes:
- Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- The item must be in brand new condition, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
